    OpenAI launched Dots, always-on ChatGPT agents that get their own cloud computers and keep working after chats close. Each Dot runs on GPT-6 Astra with its own browser, reaches over 4K apps and takes instructions in ChatGPT, Slack or Teams. While the user is away, a Dot runs read-only "proactive research," scanning connected apps with tools that can't send messages or edit content.
