You can now add `guidelines` to text API requests to further moderate how the Grok API handles specific content categories. Grok follows the guidelines as it writes its response, in its own words. ultrathink is back in the CC CLI. We turned this off for a while because it's weird and maybe confusing. But I like weird, and I don't think it's that confusing. I mostly run Opus 5.5 on medium. Some turns, though, I want to put a little extra mustard on it. ultrathink!

By popular request, you can now text your dot. Give it a task to take off your plate or something to keep an eye on, using text, photos, or even voice notes. It will text you proactively with relevant updates. Safe, secure texting via iMessage or RCS. You’re the only one who can text your dot, and your dot can only text you. Rolling out now as a preview for Pro users in the US.
