"I don't write code; I prompt Claude. Actually, nowadays, what I'm mostly doing is having one Claude prompt other Claudes. So I don't even talk to Claude directly. I have a Claude that's talking to my other Claudes.
I think in engineering, we've seen an explosion in the amount of leverage that a single person has. It's about how big of a business one person can build and how many products one person can support."
